Understanding stock statuses

There are over a million different items for sale on Mighty Ape, but not every item is located in our warehouse and available for immediate dispatch. For this reason, beside every item for sale on Mighty Ape we display a stock status to let you know where the item is located plus an estimate on how long it will take to dispatch.

In stock with Mighty Ape

These items are located in our warehouse and can be dispatched on the same day that you place your order. Delivery of these items is usually 3–6 business days.

In stock with Supplier

These items are in stock with our supplier and can be ordered by Mighty Ape so they can be dispatched to you from our warehouse. Depending on where the supplier is located it can take anywhere from 1–2 business days for your item to be dispatched from our warehouse, or up to 3 weeks if the supplier is based overseas. All items that are in stock with supplier carry a delivery ETA on the listing to let you know how long it’s likely to take.

Special Order

If a supplier usually stocks an item, but is currently out of stock, we will display it on the site as a Special Order. This means that we can source the item, but delivery will be delayed until the supplier receives more stock. We display the delivery estimate on the listing page, however this should be treated as an estimate as we’re at the mercy of our suppliers.
