I love this DVD. I have loads of exercise DVDs but don't always have time to do a 30 minute session. This is great and I love Suzanne (the presenter). In some DVDs I find they talk too much and after doing the exercises regularly it can get very annoying. Suzanne only says what she needs to and I find that great. There are five 10 minute sections and you can do them individually or mix them up. The DVD also allows you to save your favourite ones. So if you want to do 20 minutes and you have two favourite sections you can add these two to a separate part of the DVD. It comes complete with the resistance band, which I really like and you can make the exercises more difficult as you get used to them. I would recommend this to anyone, especially people who say they don't have time to exercise. Surely there isn't anyone who is too busy to do 10 minutes!
