The all new DVD Barbie™ Mariposa and The Fairy Princess brings back the beloved fairy, Mariposa™, in a new role, as an ambassador to a faraway fairy kingdom, where she makes lots of new friends.

These pretty fairy dolls celebrate those moments and help girls to recreate favorite scenes from the film with a magical feature – push the buttons on the bellies of these characters to make their wings flap as if readying for flight. Both dolls feature fun fairy fashions and brightly colored hair tied into high, flowing ponytail hairdos. Girls can choose from pink or purple with colors matched with the fashion and uniquely decorated wings. The strapless bodices are shaded in matching hues with details that incorporate the activation button. The removable skirts have a silky bottom layer and sheer top petal-shaped peplum. Climbing fairy shoes add an element of fantasy.
