To glitterize, place the fashions on the dress form and apply the adhesive design using the burnishing tool to rub the design onto the fabric. Once the design has transferred, remove the plastic cover paper and use one of two refillable glitter pens to cover the design in pink or silver glitter – or both. Then swipe away the excess with the brush to reveal a dazzling design all your own
