4 stars "Lots of fun "

Good bit of fun. It does take liberties with the orginal Greek myth (what doesnt??) and Sam Worthington still has that Aussie accent going on (interesting) but it's still cool. Cool fights, big huge scorpion things and guys with blue eyes (whatever they are I don't know). And the owl from the original movie makes a cameo.

So, if you like action, and guys swinging swords around then you'll enjoy this.

5 stars "Always A Classic"

From Avatar to Clash Of The Titans,Sam Worthington seems to be on a real roll at the moment.Expect to be surprised by this remake of the 1980 classic,the story never lets up with some amazing effects sequences…the giant scorpion clash is a marvel of modern day CGi and although Liam Neeson only appears on screen for what seems to be only a few brief moments here and there he commands the screen as Zeus (King of the Gods)
For anyone who enjoys the classic fables of old on Greek Mythology this is a great addition to your collection

4 stars "Better Than Expected"

This is a pretty spectacular visual feast, with a great sound stage. The acting's pretty good overall, and I think the experience is well worth it.

The “original” 1982 movie of Perseus works better for me, in that beating the Medusa is not so random, but I think this retelling is right for the times and doesn't weight too heavily on any one thing. You might find the, “I'm just a man,” commentary a bit wearying towards the end, but it'll be ok: there's big monsters and the right dudes get theirs where it counts.

4 stars "Worth picking up!"

Clash of the Titans is one of the best movies I have seen this year (right behind Iron Man 2 and Inception), it is a must have. Any fans of God of War or just fans of Greek mythology will love this movie. From the director of [The Incredible Hulk] this is an action packed movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
I can only say one bad thing about this movie… Why weren't the other gods [Posieden etc.] not featured? That is the only downfall to the movie, other than that it's perfect.
One thing to note, it's not Mighty Ape's fault and I don't know if it adds to the price but on Blu-ray you get a BD (Blu-ray disc) and a DVD… ? Why would you want both and probably have to pay more? Anyway Clash of the Titans is worth picking up!
