"Love em or hate em!"
I haven't watched A Serious Man but I do love Fargo , Burn After Reading and The Big Leboski. Pure escapism as these guys transport you on some bent journey of a story. Really for me though this was a priced right sale item and allowed me to boost the beginnings of my Blu Ray collection.
I am already in the “Love em” camp.
Although also sometimes it is a miss with these guys. Introlerable Cruelty is a miss for me..

Fargo
Dark yet funny, this highly original thriller from the Coen Brothers follows the
plight of Jerry Lundegaard (William H. Macy), a hapless car salesman so deep in
debt, he hires two thugs (Steve Buscemi, Peter Stormare) to kidnap his wife. But
he doesn't bargain for Police Chief Marge Gunderson (Frances McDormand), heavily
pregnant and determined to solve the crime. You betcha, yaah.
Burn After Reading
A disk containing the memoirs of an alcoholic and former CIA agent, Ozzie Cox
(John Malkovich), ends up in the hands of two unscrupulous gym employees (Brad
Pitt and Frances McDormand) who attempt to sell it. An oversexed, fanatically
fit, lactose-intolerant federal marshal, Harry Pfarrer (George Clooney)
unexpectedly gets entangled in the blackmail scheme.
The Big Lebowski
The Dude, Jeff Lebowski is unemployed and laid-back…until…victim of mistaken
identity, two thugs break into his apartment in the errant belief that they are
accosting Jeff Lebowski the pasadena millionare. In the hope of getting a

A Serious Man
