Simply amazzing movie, true peice of movie history here. Tom hanks/speilberg team up to show the auideience a true masterclass in a WW2 epic full of action/drama and share awe and terror. A must have hands down
"The Best war movie of all time!"
It looks like Steven Spielberg just can't make movie that won't win the
hearts of movie buffs and numerous awards. This movie is no exception. The
opening sequence of invasion is just breath taking. You just grab your chair
with both of your hands and pray to God that you not get hit by bullets and
grenades. Simply stunning. Visually superb and as far as sound goes is simply
surrounds and drags you into the battle and you really feel like you are in the
middle of it.
Truly Masterpiece by a cinema genius almighty Steven Spielberg!!

This war epic stands on it's own as the most harrowingly realistic representation of WW2 combat – even to this day. The scale, attention to detail, historical accuracy, characters and story make for engrossing and often disturbing viewing. A beautifully polished piece of work, it provides an engrossing and terrifying insight into what American GIs experienced during the 1944 invasion of Hitler's fortress Europe. Not just a must see, but a must own!

Saving Private Ryan is an incredibly moving film about modern history's darkest days. Easily the best war film ever, and arguably Tom Hank's best acting, Saving Private Ryan is a must for any fan of war or anyone looking for a truly great movie.
