Description
A new gate will open. A lost city will rise again.
A secret group of scientists have discovered the location of the famous lost city of Atlantis, but it's not on Earth. It's located in another galaxy altogether, the Pegasus galaxy. Stargate Atlantis, a spin-off from the highly successful Stargate SG-1 series, follows a multinational scientific and military group, lead by Diplomat Dr. Elizabeth Weir (played by actress Torri Higginson), headed on a one way trip to Atlantis. Their mission: to investigate the secrets of Atlantis, a city now known to have been built by ancient powerful beings, and bring whatever they discover back to Earth. They will be all on their own, with no means to return, with no means of rescue or support, unless they can find the technology they need in Atlantis to return them to Earth.

Was sad to see this show disappear from air to hopefully some day make a series of movies. But while I wait for that to happen this collection will definitely be a grand addition my growing Bluray shelf

"A Must Have"
If you are a fan of the Stargate SG1 series, then Atlantis is for you. Get this series on Blu-ray, it is WELL worth it!!

Loved Stargate Atlantis. I found it to be a great addition to the franchise and well worth the buy.
Also the menus are really cool, and are really helpful to get you exactly where you want to go in an episode etc.

I cant wait to get my hands on this, best Stargate series by far!
A must have for the collection and in blu ray! The misses wont be happy with me, but so worth it !
