Description
Oliver Stone's homage to 60's rock group The Doors also doubles as a biography of the group's late singer, the "Electric Poet" Jim Morrison. The movie follows Morrison from his days as a film student in Los Angeles to his death in Paris in 1971, at the age of 27.
The movie features a tour-de-force performance by Val Kilmer, who not only looks like Jim Morrison's long-lost twin brother, but also sounds so much like him that he did much of his own singing. It has been written that even the surviving Doors had trouble distinguishing Kilmer's vocals from Morrison's originals.

"Stunning Audio Remix"
What would Jim Morrison have said if he had lived as to the state of the
music industry today.
The Doors 20th Anniversary Edition is special for one reason.
The new 7.1 HD Master mix and believe me this movie has never sounded
better,the power that is now throwen to the rear surrounds in incredible,your
entire room will be filled with the music of The Doors during the film,I was
stunned at just how powerful the mix was compared to the 2008 release being
only that of 5.1.Plenty of L.F.E to keep you happy while the centre channel is
crisp and clear it will be music that surrounds your room that will not
dissapoint.
For any Doors fan a must have
