Developed in conjunction with Nestle and The Millenium Institute this is the perfect book for health-conscious time-poor families. These recipes have been developed to be tasty, nutritionally sound and quick to prepare. Top athletes also talk about their sporting successes, their own favourite recipes and give recommendations for snacks to be eaten before, during and after training. Joe Rokocoko, Moss Burmester, Michael Campbell, the Evers-Swindells and Barbara Kendall are among those who have contributed. There are recipes for breakfasts, snacks, lunches and dinners and even for tasty yet healthy dessert treats. A qualified nutritionist also provides tips on healthy eating, attitudes to food, shopping and how to read labels, and there is a nutritional analysis of each recipe.
