This book has a great range of cakes to attempt and I really liked the NZ theme and ingredients you know for sure you can find in the shops. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and each cake is rated from easy to harder so you know what you are getting yourself in for! This book will be used for many more birthdays to come!
"Great id you like fondant"
This book didnt suit my needs, it was mostly square/round cakes with fondant icing and decoration, I was looking for a kiwi book for my 5 year old to pick out his cake and use for many years to come, however this was not the case. :(

Linda Ross has spent many years working in the hospitality industry, culminating in owning and running a popular suburban cafe. Annette Hislop is a graphic designer, illustrator and art tutor based in Tauranga. Nicola Topping is a multi-award-winning photographer who spent 13 years working for the New Zealand Herald Style section. Today she works as a freelancer.
