This gripping final mission brings together Alex Rider's old enemies to frame the teenage superspy in an unstoppable plot of revenge, from which he can never return. Review by Abbie on 7th April, 2011
4 stars "A real closer to the Alex Rider series"

A well written novel, true to the action filled gut punch writing style of Anthony Horrowitz. It is full of twist and turns and masterfully rounds off the Alex Rider series.

Be prepared to get to know main characters in a way you never have before.

For those avid readers of the series and those who pay close attention to the details of the book, you can predict some key outcomes of the story. But don't despair, regardless you will find some completely unexpected plot and character changes.
