Great book has everything you need to know. Very detailed whether your trying to get big, trying to get detail, trying to improve weaknesses it has it all. From someone that has only read magazines listen to hearsay and what I could find on the net you can make a very good plan on how to reach your goals. And who better to tell you than the man himself Arnie.

5 stars "Really is the bible of bodybuilding"

I found this 800 page book to be the most detailed book on bodybuilding. It not only covers body types, anatomy, training methods, and diet, Arnold tells us about competing at the top level and the psychology tactics that they use to put each other off. There are photos on almost every page and looking at the great bodybuilders awesome bodies are truly inspiring. This book is well worth the $50 if you want to get into bodybuilding.
