Author Biography

Children's author and poet Kaye Umansky trained as a teacher, only beginning to write children's novels and picture books after her daughter was born. She has written over 130 books most famously her 'Pongwiffy' series which has been published as a cartoon TV series and as audiobooks. Also available from Barrington Stoke is the 'Weird Family' trilogy. Kaye lives in Crouch End, North London.
