Author Biography

Adriano trained with the best patissiers and chocolatiers in Paris and beyond and is without a doubt one of the most highly-skilled pastry chefs in Australia. This young chef is the owner and creator of both The Artisan Patisserie: selling pastries, cakes, bread and macaroons and Cafe Chocolat: specialising in the most wonderfully enticing array of sweets and pastries.
