Death Row Dayz

The legendary Death Row Records label brings us the next edition in their ‘Death Row Dayz’ series, following on from the 2 Pac edition released earlier this year in March, this time the focus is on world famous rap star Snoop Doggy Dogg.

Snoop Dogg has explored many avenues in his career, notably appearing in several Hollywood movies including Starsky & Hutch, Training Day, Bones and The Wash and recently having his own reality TV show ‘Snoop Dogg’s Fatherhood’. He’s also a football coach, AOL spokesman, father and on top of all of that, one of the world’s best rappers.

This all new compilation features is the definitive ‘Best Of’ Snoop’s early years including classics like “Gin & Juice”, “Ain’t No Fun” and “Who Am I (What’s My Name?)” from ‘Doggystyle’ and other Snoop tracks like “Nuthin But A G Thang” from Dr Dre’s ‘The Chronic’. It also cover’s the darker, more gangsta tracks like “Murder Was The Case” from the soundtrack to the short film about Snoop Dogg’s murder charge, trial and acquittal in 1994.

‘Death Row Dayz’ features guest appearances from some of the biggest names in the game like 2 Pac, Dr Dre, Nate Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound, Warren G, Kurupt and Charlie Wilson.
