Forever in Darkness

Perditionist is a crushing metal band from the Hibiscus Coast on the New Zealand's upper North Island. Formed in early 2007 by Nik Davies, Carlos Green and Ash Niklin, the band is influenced by many elements of the extreme metal genre, blended to create a truly unique and relentless mixture of heavy and punishing music. Since their inception, Perditionist have played alongside US metal legends such as Nile and Hate Eternal as well as the cream of the crop of kiwi metal such as Dawn of Azazel, Tainted, Subtract, In Dread Response and Just One Fix to name a few. Perditionist's fir­st single ‘Existence Devoured’ enjoyed heavy airplay across New Zealand radio and helped to spread word of the band and their sound to a wider national audience.

Having recently signed with Deadboy Records, the band's debut ‘Forever in Darkness’ recorded by Johnny Keirle (Molest The Episcopate, In Dread Response) will be available.

With plans to tour heavily across New Zealand before setting their sights on European pastures, expect to be haring a lot more from this exciting act in the months to come.
