Aloe Blacc, the American soul singer, rapper and musician, has certainly already made a statement in Australia. Good Things was first released in Australia in March this year, and features the smash I Need A Dollar. The album was co-written by Aloe and the in-house production team at Truth & Soul Records. First visiting our shores in February this year, Australian audiences were first introduced to Aloe Blacc with his impressive performances at both the Sydney Festival and nationally as part of the Good Vibrations festival. Aloe has since achieved a platinum selling single with ‘I Need A Dollar’, with the track taking over Australian and New Zealand radio and singles charts.
