Indie icons TV On The Radio are back at it with their brand new album Nine Types of Light.
This is a lush and beautiful album that stands apart from the group's previous work. If their other albums had shades of dystopia and distress, Nine Types Of Light is filled with songs about longing and love. But don't think they have gone all weird on us. If anything...they've got that much better. On this album, the group takes an admittedly simpler approach to their songs. But this clearly pays off.
The first single from the album is 'Will Do', a catchy song that delivers all you could ever want from TVOTR: it's loose, it grooves and it makes you feel something. The song establishes the band as one of the leading pioneers of song craft.
