I had the same issue as Alex, apart from mine lasting almost a year before the handle broke. I expected a little more life out of this product

I bought two of these at the same time, one of those mistaken add to basket moments! So with one for me and one destined to be a gift I put it to work, after about a month and a half the handle snapped and was un-repairable, so I think that it must be me being too rough, using it incorrectly or just a faulty example, lucky I still have a spare…
But no, a few months later and the spare has also broken in exactly the same way, admittedly it lasted longer, but this product lacks durability and has been unimpressive to say the least.
Purchase this at your peril.
