Author Biography

Anette Moldvaer is the co-founder of Square Mile Coffee Roasters, a multi-award winning coffee roasting company based in London, England. Square Mile source, buy, import, and roast coffees to sell to consumers and businesses. Anette began her career as a barista in her native Norway in 1999, and now visits coffee producers all year round, sourcing the best coffees from around the world. Anette judges international industry competitions, such as the World Barista Championships, the Cup of Excellence, and the Good Food Awards, and has led coffee workshops all over Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Africa. She roasted the winning espresso at the World Barista Championship in 2007, 2008, and 2009, and won the World Cup Tasters Championship in 2007.
