"Not to be missed."
This is an excellent series set in the 18th century,involving too familys at war with each other over land and business problems.The Warleggins,Bankers and very rich,and Ross Poldark a land owner and not so well off but a bit of a rebel.
"Absolutely wonderful"
Had a lot of late nights as so many fantastic episodes. Loved in the sevenities, love it now. A real bargain for the number of DVD's I got.

I saw Poldark as a mini-series on TV many years ago, and never forgot it. It is wonderful to view it again and I am enjoying the movie just as much as I did then.

Why don't the fashionistas bring back the highwayman look – Nothing more sexy than those thigh-high boots and military-style jackets! I used to dream I was Demelza when I was a teenager – nothing has changed!!
