Description

"Quite simply has it all"
A fantastic storyline, which is well directed, with class performances, not only from the main character actors, but the whole cast. Every detail feels real and has depth. The cinematography deserves special mention, as some of Roger Deakins finest work. This must be in everyone's top ten films, it's watchable again and again without ever looking tired…Get busy watching.
"Best movie of all time."
This is simply the best movie I have ever seen. Tim Robins is great as Andy, and Morgan Freeman is brilliant as Red. Combine that with fantastic performances from a terrific support cast, a great Stephen King story, incredible direction, moving music, and a great twist ending, and you have a recipe for an unforgettable movie.
Currently the number 1 movie of all time on the Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com).
A must own for any fan of quality film.
