Description
Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage) is a master sorcerer in modern-day Manhattan trying to defend the city from his arch-nemesis, Maxim Horvath (Alfred Molina). Balthazar can't do it alone, so he recruits Dave Stutler (Jay Baruchel), a seemingly average guy who demonstrates hidden potential, as his reluctant protégé.

"A mondern take on a good story"
A good movie definately suited for children of any age providing entertainment and another take on the battle between good and evil. It opens the world of majic up to interpretation along with the stories of Merlin.
"All rounded family movie"
This movie has a bit of everything – that is if you are into fantasy. Magic (obviously), romance, and even a bit of fighting. Great for a family with children over the age of 10.
