"Loads more action"
If you love playing Dominion this is just awesome. Loads more action cards giving even more variety. The great thing is that these action cards often have a second action related to the cards name, which makes it quite neat. Also great is that this extension contains all the basic cards as well, so it can be played with the original Dominion or by itself. If you have Dominion already you can have two groups of up to 4 players playing at the same time as well.
"Good Expansion/Advanced Base set to add more fun"
Can be used as a base ( it has all the general goods which required for a
game. Estates, Duchies, trasures etc ), but recommended as such only to those
who are already familiar with the basics and the mechanics of the game.
Combined with the original base set, can increase the number of max players up
to 6 person, or grant the ability to run 2×4player matches with different
kingdom cards. ( The cards which can vary from game to game ).
All kingdom cards have some level of player choice imbued, which can raise the
complexity and the time of a player's turn. Although the speed still good, and
the fun it can add raised more than the speed get's decreased.
Comes with a warning though, it has some really mean cards, which can get some unpleasant moments to the other players. But as all cards in this game those have cards countering them as well.
Figuring out the hidden agendas, interactions adds a high level of fun to the game. Also there are some cards which you would think, ok that is crap, until someone buys them, and start using to shake the gameplay by it.
This is a well balanced Intriguing expansion which would you come to like after a while, and gets better over time and as you get better in the world of Dominion.

Description
In Dominion: Intrigue (as with Dominion), each player starts with an identical, very small deck of cards. In the center of the table is a selection of other cards the players can "buy" as they can afford them. Through their selection of cards to buy, and how they play their hands as they draw them, the players construct their deck on the fly, striving for the most efficient path to the precious victory points by game end.
You are a monarch, like your parents before you, a ruler of a small pleasant kingdom of rivers and evergreens. Unlike your parents, however, you have hopes and dreams! You want a bigger and more pleasant kingdom, with more rivers and a wider variety of trees. You want a Dominion! You will bring civilization to these people, uniting them under your banner.
Dominion: Intrigue adds rules for playing with up to 8 players at two tables or for playing a single game with up to 6 players. This game adds 25 new Kingdom cards and a complete set of Treasure and Victory cards.
The game can be played alone by players experienced in Dominion or with the basic game of Dominion. Age from 8.

This is so easy to play! It only took me 4 times until I picked it up. At first I thought it was a game for guys but I totally thought wrong.
The graphics on the game cards are soo beautiful, I find myself looking at the cards for ages never realising its my turn.
This game is for the whole family, and everyone will have so much fun playing it. Its addictive!
