I really like this game and it is a must, if you like intense RPGs with compelling story lines. Dragon Age: Origins allows you to play as a warrior, rouge, or, my personal favorite, a mage. Each class also has specializations that can be unlocked while you play through the game by completing different tasks, whether it be befriending one of you followers or dealing with a demon. I have nothing bad to say about Dragon Age: Origins. The Ultimate Edition is another story. I already had DAO for PS3 but by buying the Ultimate Edition I would save money as it comes with all the DLC. However. When I installed the game I found that my DLC code had expired. I emailed EA and they gave me a new one that worked within 24 hours. But another problem just came up. A very common one at that. Even though I have both the game and the DLC registered online to the email address that I use to log into the game, I am told that the DLC is unauthorized and therefore cannot be used in game. Again I contacted EA. After one person asked my for a screenshot of the message detailing the issue and one person told me how to download from the Bioware website, someone who knew what to do contacted me and told me to simply go into the file found at “C:\Users\admin\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Settings” back up the file called addins.xml or addins. Then to open addins.xml using Notepad and change all instances of RequiresAuthorization=“1” to RequiresAuthorization=“0”
My game now works and I am happy. If you buy this chances are you will need to modify the file too but it is easy enough to do if you use the Ctrl+F function to find what you need to in the addins.xml file.
