4 stars "I have several tai chi dvds and this one is great"

I got a bit lost towards the end of the dvd, ie it is something you need to practice, but I really liked both the thorough warm up and the style of teaching.

I have found this DVD to be very helpful, I haven't done Tai Chi before. It is very easy to understand and follow the movements.
