Compared to other PC race simulation, GPL to this day not only still feels fresh, but also has a “realisim” that the others dont seem to have even now.

GPL cars –especially the mods– feel as they have mass, something the others don't seem to have. When I drive rfactor, everything looks right, but the cars dont quite feel like cars. I've spun real cars, GPL cars and other simulated cars, GPL spins feel much more like real life. In GPL I can feel the suspension react, in other sims not so much. Even the force feedback in GPL feels more natural. And GPL just feels more hi fidelity to me.
