This versatile food preparation station includes a glass worktop saver and 3 removable indexed chopping mats.

The chopping mats provide large cutting areas and their flexibility makes it easy to guide chopped food into a pan or waste into a bin. Colour coding for vegetables, raw meat and fish reduces the likelihood of cross-contamination of different food types. Index tags for fast selection of the correct mat.

With the mats removed, the toughened glass base provides an additional hygienic surface for food preparation as well as the ideal trivet – able to withstand temperatures up to 280ºC/530ºF. Non-slip feet ensures it won't move around in use.
