The first thing I cooked was the ‘korma chicken’ as it is my fave at little India, it was so beautiful, the recipe was so true to the restaurant dish. Well done little India, I will try most of your recipes, because I live in Rotorua, I don't often get the chance to go to your restaurant. Thanks for sharing!

Author Biography:

The Little India chain spans New Zealand, with seventeen popular restaurants from Auckland to Invercargill. Little India chefs are still trained in her kitchen in Chandigarh, in North India, so traditional cooking techniques and values imbue every dish.
