Slow-Cooked Greek Lamb & Aubergine (pictured)
1 pkt MAGGI Favourites Lamb Ragout Recipe Mix
1 can chopped tomatoes, 400g
400 g lamb, cubed
1 aubergine, cubed
2 tsp mixed dried herbs
1 tsp dried mint
1 tbsp torn fresh mint and parsley (optional)
How to make
- Set the slow cooker to low.
- Combine MAGGI Favourites Lamb Ragout Recipe Mix with chopped tomatoes.
- Add to the slow cooker bowl with remaining ingredients except mint and parlsey.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- Serve sprinkled with mint and parsley if desired and a fresh salad.
