4 stars "Amazing"

A great game that couldn't put down! Loved the story and the setting, a well crafted game all up. Worth a look if you're into futuristic action-adventure games.

Metro 2033 was one of those games that made you completely oblivious to the fact that you were actually playing a game, while it viciously sucked you in to its world.

The dark, depressing atmosphere really set you into a tense mood with plenty of adrenaline pumping moments where a hidden mutant leaps right into your face!

Apparently the stealth system has been fixed which was the only downfall to the first in the series so we can expect a magnificent, atmospheric game that will fully immerse us with its moody soundtrack that made metro so immersive.

5 stars "So Excited"

I just can't wait to play this game. I've played Metro 2033 4 times each time doing things differently always finding new ways to complete objectives, finding hidden ranger stashes and just admiring atmosphere the game has.

5 stars "Day one purchase for me"

Have played the prequel Metro 2033 from start to finish three times and it is indisputably one of the most atmospheric games I've had the pleasure of playing. And it's still the only game that's “beaten” me – forced to restart on Ranger (hardcore) mode when I completely ran out of air-filters.

So to say I'm looking forward to this should be nominated for “Understatement of the Year”!!

It is the year 2034. Beneath the ruins of post-apocalyptic Moscow, in the tunnels of the Metro, the remnants of mankind are besieged by deadly threats from outside – and within. Mutants stalk the catacombs beneath the desolate surface, and hunt amidst the poisoned skies above.

But rather than stand united, the station-cities of the Metro are locked in a struggle for the ultimate power, a doomsday device from the military vaults of D6. A civil war is stirring that could wipe humanity from the face of the earth forever. As Artyom, burdened by guilt but driven by hope, you hold the key to our survival – the last light in our darkest hour…

  • A gripping, story-driven first person shooter, Metro: Last Light is the hugely anticipated sequel to 2010's critically acclaimed cult classic Metro 2033
  • Experience thrilling combat with an exotic arsenal of hand-made weaponry against deadly foes – both human and mutant – and use stealth to launch attacks under the cover of darkness
  • Explore the post-apocalyptic world of the Moscow Metro, one of the most immersive, atmospheric game worlds ever created
  • Fight for every bullet and every last breath in a claustrophobic blend of survival horror and FPS gameplay
  • Next generation technology boasting stunning lighting and physics sets a new graphical benchmark on both console and PC
  • Wage post-apocalyptic warfare online, as Last Light delivers an intense multiplayer experience amongst the dark Russian ruins
