Very clever, enjoyable and amusing story.
This is seriously cool, so glad I bought it in 3d, a very cleverly animated movie, with an amazingly simple, but riveting storyline, and wicked animation – cute as creatures, with realistic motion albeit it in a very cartoonish way, a good versus evil story where good wins – hey so what!, and the lack of voices/narration does not detract form the movie one bit. Add it to your collection.

In a peaceful forest, the remains of a picnic trigger a ruthless war between rival ant colonies, obsessed with gaining control of the same prize: a box of sugar cubes! Amidst this struggle a young ladybug befriends a black ant and helps him save his people from the horrible red ants… A completely dialogue-less animation film that strays from contemporary conventions while still leaving the viewer both dazzled and amused!
