Another “Snow White” story, there's bright comic moments and gorgeous costuming. CG could be improved although the design is great. They fit a lot of stuff in, but it drags. It's like a wondrous mosaic of exquisite gems viewed too close to see the entire picture. So much attention to detail and not enough focus on what's important. Even though it has headliner actors it feels like a Hallmark made-for-tv family film which is great when you're in the mood for one or entertaining young teens. I prefer Brother's Grimm.
