The Monster Knife Set contains five knives of high quality molybdenum vanadium stainless steel which give a much higher cutting performance than cheaper grades of steel. Ideal for everyday use, they are resistant to corrosion and highly durable. The Monster Knife Set contains an 8" Chef's Knife, an 8" Bread Knife, an 8" Carving Knife, a 5" Utility Knife and a 3.5" Paring Knife. The knives are unsuitable for dishwasher use and should be sharpened with a ceramic knife sharpener to maintain a high quality cutting edge.

The Monster Knife block is red and measures 28 (W) x 26 (H) x 7.5 (D) centimetres. Its arms help you move it around securely and the knives themselves slide into plastic sheaths to protect both them and yourself. The Monster Knife block can be washed in warm, soapy water.
