"So far all good."
Have only just started using the game and it starts off well. It will be interesting to see when if and when it starts to increase the intensity of the workouts. It's easy to follow.
"Serious workout, but not serious fun."
We love our Wii Fit Plus and wanted something that would challenge us further, so we got Mel B's workout. It's every bit the challenging workout we wanted, but we miss the fun that is a part of the Wii Fit Plus game. On it, everything is a game with points to score and new levels to unlock, but not with the Mel B workout. This is just a workout, but a good one!

"Variety of exercises using board, bands and swiss ball. OK"
Have used a number of Wii fit style products and hubby bought me this one for Christmas! I thought “Sporty Spice, give me a break!!” but it's actually quite good. 30 intense minutes and you feel like you have worked out. Better than expected!
