Description

In the sleepy village of Old Haven, Becky Brogan's school assignment has led her to the mysterious Meane Manor on the outskirts of town. A foul mist wafts around the dilapidated house; an old fortune teller box sits abandoned in the foyer; and eerie journal pages from the past take Becky on a seek-and-find mystery hunt.

In this hidden-object tale of suspense, you'll collect clues and pieces of the past as you help Becky get closer and closer to the truth behind the mysterious house on the hill. Join Becky on her next case as she investigates the disappearance of a nurse at a troubled youth facility. Becky's criminology class has piqued her interest in the bizarre, and this case definitely fits the category.

At The Gentle Institute, Dr. Benjamin Gentle strives to turn “Bad Boys and Girls into Gentle Men and Women.” But, when a nurse goes missing suspicion is cast on a number of patients. It's up to Becky to decipher the clues left behind in each room of the institute to discover what really happened!

Features:
  • Explore chilling scenes and puzzles through the abandoned manor
  • More than 50 levels of seek & find puzzles
  • Fulfill the haunting requests of the Fortune Teller
  • Uncover the buried family secrets that started it all
  • Help Becky unravel her first mystery!

5 stars "A must for hidden object lovers"

If you are into hiddobject games, you have to add this to your collection. A very well designed game with objects not excessively easy to find, yet not impossibly difficult either. As in all hidden object games, some of the items are obvious, while some take a fair bit of finding. The background in the scenes while cleverly disquising some of the objects, doesn't totally hide them. A great mix. I like to make the hints illegal and find all objects myself.
A great game with great graphics, and a bonus game as well. Rating out of ten, 8 1/2.

"The Institute has problems with Hi Def monitors"

Once we switched to running at 640×480 it would actually run, however was pixelated and blurry – unable to play as could not see enough definition in pictures to find the objects.
