SSX Limited Edition includes:
Redefining the SSX franchise, SSX: Deadly Descents will pit riders versus both mountain and man. Players will explore the story of a team who seek to be the first to descend the faces of the most treacherous mountain ranges on the planet.
The team will travel the world to face the worst that Mother Nature can throw at them. From the peaks of the Himalayas, where the air is so thin that riders have to descend through the death zone at breakneck speeds to keep from blacking out, to the solid ice ranges of Antarctica, where a sunlit line is the only survival option when temperatures drop 50 degrees centigrade in the shade. And the mountain isn't the only danger players will face. In SSX: Deadly Descents the first goal is to survive. The second, in true SSX fashion, is to look good doing it.
Features:
If you're a fan of the original SSX games, then this is a must-try. The controls are fluid and responsive, the tricks are ridiculous (as expected), and the online ‘system’ is very interesting. I'm definitely looking forward to this.
One of my very first Playstation 2 games was SSX and it was such a fantastic game. Controls were easy to learn, each level was unique and the customisation of the characters were pretty good for that era.
From what I've played in the demo this new rendition of the popular franchise seems to be holding up that top notch quality performance. Graphic quality looks good, controls are fluid and very responsive, music soundtrack was epic. Needless to say if you're a fan of the old games or just starting out, this is a must have.
The scenes that this game has and the storyline that the game has makes the game more and more enjoyable!plus using online does help with friends that can join you
ssx online play is amazing all the compitions that you can enter into and you dont have to wait in lobbys you just do your race get your money then you get a masive selection of different things to buy eg wingsuits, oxegeon, boards and lots of others to keep you at you best !!! the career mode is all right but if sort of feels like each stage is the same as the last so for me the online is what i do!!!
There was talk of this title, even from EA that this will have 3D support, but does not, would have been great to have the promised 3D. Still this is a great game, fun and plenty to do, just wished EA gave this the 3D support it promised.
