Author Biography

Richard moved to New Zealand in 2005 with his wife to start a new life, during the late stages of 2006 that life was challenged by a life threatening bout of lymphoma. Wanting to offer help to people in similar situations he has drawn from his own experience and produced a collection of his thoughts, tips and memories. Delivered in a non-technical way, he hopes that the book will give patients and/or relatives some comfort and inspiration in the bewildering turmoil that comes along with this illness. That was his first book 'taking chemo on the chin'. Now in 2010 he shares his journey developing a screenplay, the movie memories that surround it and the long term desire to bring his project Sparrow's Flight to a wider audience.
