As per previous reviews online its not a huge step up (for series 1, series 2 onwards are more superior) from DVD but its still worth the extra cost. If your a fan of the Enterprise series this is the best way to have it. Sound is very good with the Dolby HD and the disc plays smoothly. It has interesting behind the scenes extras on the discs too.
It's awkward making a series that pre-dates a classic. Those who enjoyed the classic Star Trek will be disappointed with this as they make a real hash of humans for exploring deep space – all the while being dragged into a temporal time war. Not worth the purchase or upgrade from DVD to Blu-Ray.
