I needed a lamp for my room so when I saw this I thought it would be perfect. It looks cool, and I need a lamp.
But I was disappointed by how bright it is when it lights up. In a dark room, it won't help you see. It's just not bright enough. In fact the photo is a little misleading, as the light coming from bottom of the tube only travels up 2/3 of the tube. So it doesn't look as good either.
So its terrible as a lamp, and the light doesn't as brilliant as the photo. But it looks fancy, and you can some fun waving it around slaying sith. However the downsides just don't justify the price tag
