As a Mum with 3 young children, getting out of the house to do exercise is a challenge so this 35 minute workout of your arms, buns & thighs is brilliant. I alternate it with 2 other Stott Pilates DVDs. They are easy to follow and have a level of difficulty on the back. This is level 2 which I find easy enough for me as a beginner and someone who is trying to get back into shape.
