Clive Bowman is Honorary Visiting Professor at the School of Health Sciences, City University London, UK. Michal Boyd practices as a Gerontology Nurse Practitioner in Auckland, New Zealand, and is a Senior Lecturer for the School of Nursing and Freemasons' Department of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Auckland. Sarah Stowe is a Locum Consultant Physician at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, Keighley, UK.
