Easy to understand, yummy everyday and entertaining recipes. Fool proof, was able to use it straight away with my brand new pressure cooker. A must for working people and sportspeople like me, a tender, tasty meal on the table in half an hour.

This is a great book, practical recipes tried out the Beef & Guinness Pie great success.
For the novice kiwi pressure cooker cook this book is excellent. Has recipes that we use and ingredients that are common. Highly recommend.

Most recently Lisa worked as Food Editor for TVOne's popular 'Food in a Minute' series. While employed at Watties she also wrote and food styled two cookbooks: Let's Cook (with nutritionist Julie Dick), a children's recipe book, and Kiwi Favourites.
