An extremely good quality debut album with a lot of variety, a one of a kind album that includes more than a few masterpieces, such as the first track “Hazelville” which I would name as one of my favourite songs of all time. I HIGHLY recommend this album, this band needs more fans and more publicity, they deserve it more than alot of musicians who get it. Five Stars.

Description

Initially issued overseas in 2006, 'This is Hazelville' is the debut album from epic pop pioneers, Captain, and was produced by Trevor Horn (The Buggles, Grace Jones, Seal, Yes, etc.). It is a recording populated by strange characters, intriguing stories & huge tunes borne from the group's varying, eclectic and consistently passionate love of music.

–NME

“Lovely, soulful indie pop.”
