Hi everyone. After some months of using Wii Fit U (from around October last year when I bought it), some changes to my diet and regular exercise I've dropped 22kg's, and my partner has dropped 11kg's from using this. I love it, it's great to jog around the island in one of the exercises as it changes based on Northern Hemisphere seasons, Spring being a stand out as it has some nice blowing leaves in the wind. Yoga, strength exercises, Aerobics, dancing and some fun mini games definitely help. Seriously, this is a great guy
