If you only read one book before the 2014 NZL General Election, September 20, THIS should be on your priority list. With all the “Dirty Politics” currently going down two weeks out from an Election, it's hard to really get an honest insight as to who's who and what's what – and WHO DO YOU TRUST-! I wanted to find out more about Winston and what makes him tick. The discoveries were enlightening. I wanted to see how Winston had become involved with and handled various events through his career – and he's had a long career in Politics. Ian Wishart has written a book which I found easy to read and which exposes serious issues Winston stood his ground on. One of the more honest Politians, and one who stands his ground on matters of principle. Find out what REALLY goes down in Politics behind closed doors, and how Winston has come through on top, despite facing many adversities and challenges from both within and outside Parliament.

Description

Love him or loathe him, Winston Peters is a conversation starter. But what do you really know about him? How much of what you hear from either friend or foe is true? In a book that will both stun and entertain, investigative journalist and bestselling author Ian Wishart sorts the myth from the reality as the truth about one of New Zealand's most colourful and influential political figures since World War 2 lifts off the pages in front of you.
