A young Dutch boy is thrown off the deep end at the end of WWII, as a traitor in the resistance stays one step ahead. There are implausibilities galore as there often are in this type of film, but it is tense and chilling enough and has a Huck Finn style ending that I found satisfying: made to be as a man, when it's all over he relishes the chance to return to boyhood.
