intensity! Jillian Michaels' Fitness Adventure, the latest iteration of the
Jillian Michaels franchise, takes your fitness routine beyond a basic workout
and turns it into a real adventure through a mission-based Parkour journey set
in a lush jungle temple environment. The high-energy and fully customizable
motion-based experience offers a thrilling personal training experience that you
can expect from teaming up with Jillian to achieve your fitness goals.
- Multiple Exercise Modes
- Fitness Adventure: This innovative new mode revolves around Parkour-style
(running, jumping, climbing) action set in a lush, Jungle Temple. The player is
propelled through 58 scenic predefined circuits include a series of
4 exercises each interspersed with jogging around obstacles to ramp up the
intensity and fun. . The visually thrilling, fast-paced action pulls in
exercises the players have learned throughout the other game modes. At the end
of each level, players are scored based on time and accuracy, which is then
posted to online leaderboards, adding a competitive twist to getting
in shape.
- Fitness Training (individual exercises): Choose individual exercises of
varying difficulty and work out at your own pace
- Circuit Training: All 10 exercise circuits are expertly hand-picked by
Jillian herself, laying the foundation for an organized workout with the
complete freedom to customize it to your liking. Start off with a simple,
traditional interactive workout or step it up and use your own home equipment
for a more challenging. Three different difficulty levels let you work out at
whichever intensity you prefer.
- Use Your Own Equipment: JMFA includes training programs that can easily
integrate various types of fitness gear you may already have at home, including:
dumbbells, resistance bands, kettle balls, aerobic step and weighted sleeves.
Don't have extra gear? Not to worry as the game also features a complete regimen
of training exercises that use your own bodyweight to get you back
into shape.
- Create Custom Workouts: Personalize your workout by combining exercises to
mimic popular training methods or build unique new challenges to spice up
routines.
- Stats: Provides stats to track your progress, a calendar for statistical
tracking which shows you what days you have worked out from the moment you
started playing the game to present day. It will also show you the breakdown of
calories burned, number of exercises/circuits completed, and time spent
exercising. These can be viewed on daily, weekly, monthly and even
yearly basis.
- SHARE your results: compete nationwide with online leaderboards through Xbox
