Mafia 2 is an awesome action game with a lot of content.

I spent 11 and a half hours playing through Mafia 2; with about an hour of retrying – last mission caused me a bit of grief haha. BUT I did not get all 1000 gamerscore so that would put the play time up to around 15-hours.

Great story/gameplay, characters, graphics, etc.

And for the price (collector's e­dition = $29.99 (Unbeatable MightyApe daily deal)) I highly recommend this game.

After waiting years for this game, on release day I camped out by the door waiting for the courier to deliver it. At precisely 1:07PM he arrived, so I grabbed the yellow courier bag, took it inside and sat down. Hands shaking, I opened the package and marvelled at the goodies Mighty Ape had hooked me up with.

Into the Xbox the game goes. I the proceeded to spend the next 13 hours straight playing it through in one go.

The story is brilliant. The characters are relatable. I enjoyed the driving parts, and some of the more boring missions (Drive home and get some sleep) were made tolerable by the variety of vehicles at your disposal.

I'm now halfway through my second playthrough and I am trying to find all of the collectables. Taking my time.

I give it a 9/10, the only thing that lets it down is the relatively short amount of time it takes to complete the story

Id never even heard of this game until I saw it on mighty-ape. I then read some of the hype so I took a gamble and Pre-Ordered it and I am glad I did!

Great game play, cut scenes are great, story is excellent. The only problem is the fact that you have to return home to get some sleep before you can do the next mission which can be a slight annoyance.

The slight problems with mafia 2 are overpowered by the superior game play, brilliant cut scenes, and well told story.
